Intruder Alarm - Burglar Alarm

All Nova home or business burglar alarm systems are designed to attract attention once activated. This could either be a audible alarm system designed to make as much noise as possible or a remotely monitored alarm system linked to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) 24hrs a day 365 days a year who then take the appropriate action by contacting keyholders or the Police*.

We also supply and install Smoke Screen systems to fill a room with dense smoke upon activation of an burglar (intruder) alarm, which leaves no residue and is proved completely safe to use in any environment, including clothing, consumer electronics, industry and other sensitive areas. CCTV Systems

Specialist installers in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, from a simple one camera CCTV system to bespoke CCTV systems comprising of offsite 24hrs CCTV remote monitoring activated by external alarm detection, onsite recording using the latest networked digital recorders to enable CCTV to be viewed over IP networks / internet and covert (hidden) cameras. CCTV systems can be installed overt (where the cameras are open to view) often as a deterrent or covert (concealed, disguised) where the purpose is to monitor something secretly.

Access Control / Door Entry Systems

We have a vast experience in access control installations, door entry systems and can recommend a suitable access control system from the many we regularly install. Whether it is to stop unwanted access by intruders passing the reception area unnoticed or restricting access to certain controled areas within a building, timekeeping and payroll purposes, we have the access control system to suit your circumstances from a single door to multiple doors and remote sites IP linked.

Fire Alarms

Since the changes in the Fire Reform Act, importance of fire alarms is the responsibility of the premises occupier, we can provide installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems designed to detect fire. We can also provide an independent risk assessment with a full written report for your premises.

Could your buisness survive a fire ? With 24hr remote monitoring we can notify the appropiate emergency services upon the detection of fire, who could confined the fire to a small area limiting the damage.

Nova Security provide maintenance and monitoring contracts for CCTV systems, intruder alarms audible or a monitored alarm system by Dualcom / Redcare, IP Signalling, access control systems and fire alarm systems. Certain Intruder alarms connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and CCTV system require a maintenance contract in place to statisfy the ACPO policy** for monitored alarms and the Data Protection Act for CCTV, we can advise on all aspects of maintenance please contact us for further information.
